Education
- Matric – Essential (candidates with Mathematics and Computer Literacy in Grade 12 will be preferred);
- Qualification in Procurement, Stock, Logistics and/or Supply Chain will be advantageous.
Skills
- Forklift License – Essential
- Experience in the stock industry
- Fully computer literate – intermediate / advanced Excel & Word skills
- Previous data capturing experience will be advantageous
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Shows conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Job Requirements and Description
- Housekeeping
- Balance all stock movement – Manage rejects, Deliveries and Returns
- Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control
- Organise stock on shelves and pallets
- Ensure stock is adequately handled, stored and issued (FEFO)
- Complete a stocktake weekly and monthly
- Monitor and manage stock levels (Submit weekly low stock reports)
- Stocktake and reconciliation of stock
- Ensure that packers capture stock removed from stock area and do not leave stock lying on trolleys, tables or the floor
- Ensure that all inventory is safely and securely handled, stored and packaged
- Quality checks.
