The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have a three-year degree
- A good listener
- Objective
- Precise
- Trustworthy
- Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
- Is bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Listening, commenting and giving feedback on all calls made and/or received by our various call centres, including:
- Sales
- Retentions
- Client Care (Incoming and Outgoing)
- Lead Generation
- Training Calls
- Submitting feedback to their supervisor on all calls listened to as per the department’s procedures.
Successful Candidates:
- Will be invited to a training and selection programme where the consultants will be trained and tested on the job’s duties and responsibilities.
- Only candidates who are successful in the above training will be offered employment subject to certain terms and conditions.
Additional Information:
- Hours: 08:00 to 16:30
- Flexi-time may be offered once the employee becomes permanent (following a three month probation period).
- The employee may work from home should management be satisfied with their performance.
- Salary will be discussed in the interview
