We are looking for a talented and ambitious recruitment coordinator to join and help our team on a part-time basis with the hiring process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for screening and evaluating resumes, scheduling interviews for the recruiters and managing the administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the recruitment team.
- Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements.
- Posting job applications on social media and job sites.
- Tracking open positions using recruiting software.
- Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate CVs.
- Assist with referral campaigns.
- Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements.
- Conducting or arranging initial phone screenings.
- Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
- Managing the CV database.
- General recruitment admin duties.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have a Diploma/ degree (or studying) in human resources, business, communications, or similar field.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Previous experience working as a junior recruiter/Trainee recruiter (advantageous)
- Knowledge database systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Good administration and organisational skills.
