Duties and responsibilities

• Communicate with client’s post-sales call.
• Authorize, process and confirm client debit-order payments.
• Verify validity of account details
• Confirm consent from client
• Fill in customer information on our database where necessary.

Requirements

• A high degree of accuracy
• Great attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be able to understand and speak both Afrikaans and English fluent.
• Call centre experience (advantageous)

The ideal candidate

• Matric or higher (Diploma, Degree, Certificate).
• Can adhere to weekly targets.
• Is driven to exceed team targets.
